Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular **inspections, monitoring, and operational activities** at oil rigs, pipelines, and wellheads.
- **Operate control systems and equipment** such as separators, compressors, and pumps.
- Conduct **preventive and corrective maintenance** of oil field equipment.
- Monitor pressure, flow, and temperature readings and report anomalies immediately.
- Assist in **equipment startups, shutdowns, and emergency procedures**.
- Adhere to **HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards** and participate in safety drills.
- Work with engineers, geologists, and supervisors to support drilling and production activities.
- Maintain **accurate field logs and records** of maintenance and production data.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma/ITI or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Petroleum Engineering (or equivalent).
- Experience: 2–5 years in oil and gas field operations, preferably offshore or desert field experience.
- Nationality: Open to all nationalities; preference given to GCC/UAE residents.
- Language: Proficient in English; Arabic is a plus.
Skills Required
- Hands-on experience with **oilfield machinery and SCADA/DCS systems**.
- Sound knowledge of **oil separation, crude processing, and maintenance protocols**.
- **Physical fitness** for working in harsh conditions (heat, offshore platforms, remote deserts).
- Familiarity with ADNOC’s **HSE and operational procedures** is an advantage.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
